Medical Staffing in New York City
Nurses, techs, medical assistants and front office staff for surgery centers, endoscopy suites and physician practices in all five boroughs, screened and interviewed by our own recruiters.

Staffing for a city that runs on a tight schedule
A New York practice has little slack. One empty front desk or one missing PACU nurse backs up the whole day, and patients notice. We fill those gaps for a shift, for a season or for good, and we tell you plainly what we can and cannot cover before you count on it.
Our recruiters work across the city, and we know how it works for the people we place: which commutes hold up in winter, which shifts are hard to cover, and how much notice a good candidate needs to give.

Screened before you see them
A recruiter interviews every candidate. You get the resume and a short profile explaining why we think they fit the role in front of them.
Ready for survey day
Licenses, certifications and compliance paperwork are checked before anyone starts. We have Joint Commission and Department of Health compliance experience.
Any way you need to hire
Per diem shifts, temporary and leave coverage, temp to hire or direct hire. We will tell you when one of them is the wrong fit for the problem.

Common questions
Do you staff outpatient surgery and endoscopy centers in New York City?
Yes. We place pre-op and PACU nurses, OR nurses, surgical technologists, endoscopy technicians and sterile processing technicians, along with the front desk and business office staff those centers need.
Can you cover a single shift when someone calls out?
Often, yes. Per diem coverage is part of what we do. The more notice you give us the better our chances, and if we cannot cover a shift we will tell you quickly so you can make other plans.
Do you place nurse practitioners and physician assistants?
Yes, on a contract basis or as a direct hire. We confirm their New York license and certifications before they start.
Do candidates commute from outside the city?
Some do, from Long Island, New Jersey and Westchester. We ask about the commute and the hours at the start, because a trip that does not work day to day is a common reason a placement ends early.
How do I get started?
Tell us about the role on our Hire staff page, or call (661) 257-7877, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. A recruiter will come back to you with questions and then with candidates.
