Recruiting on both sides of the Hudson

Surgery centers and specialty practices across New Jersey are looking for the same nurses, surgical techs and sterile processing staff. We recruit in New Jersey and in New York City, so for a site near the river we can draw on candidates from both.

Opening a new center, rather than filling a gap? Our consulting side helps build the team and the systems for a new site, so the people we place walk into something that is ready for them.

Roles we staff

  • Front desk, registration and patient service staff
  • Medical assistants
  • Registered nurses for pre-op, PACU, the OR and the office

Common questions

Can a nurse licensed in New York work in New Jersey?

Only with a license that is valid in New Jersey: a New Jersey license, or a multistate license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. We check this before we put anyone forward, so you are not left sorting it out on the first day.

Which parts of New Jersey do you cover?

All of it – North, Central and South Jersey – for per diem, temporary, temp to hire and direct hire. Tell us the town and the hours, and we will look for people who live within a reasonable commute.

Do you have an office in New Jersey?

No. Our New York team works with New Jersey practices directly, and we meet you on site when it helps.

Can you staff a surgery center that is about to open?

Yes. We can recruit the opening team, from nurses and techs to the front desk and business office, and our consulting team can help with policies, compliance and getting ready for survey.

How do I get started?

Tell us about the role on our Hire staff page, or call (661) 257-7877, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
