Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed; Direct hire
What you will do
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Verify patient insurance coverage
- Schedule patient appointments across multiple locations
- Support day-to-day front office operations
What you need
- Great phone skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Experience with insurance verification and appointment scheduling
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of coinsurance, deductibles, and authorizations
