A growing Manhattan practice is looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join its GI, Cardiology, and Primary Care teams. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a long-term career while delivering patient-centered care in a supportive clinical setting.

What you will do
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and screenings
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, X-rays and other diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medication and monitor patient response and side effects
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention and self-care
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate patient care
What you need
- MSN or DNP with Nurse Practitioner specialization, or a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current New York license as an NP or PA with specialty certification
- 1-2 years of experience as an RN, NP or PA, ideally in Family Medicine, GI or Cardiology
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and prescribing skills
- Comfortable performing procedures such as wound care and suturing
- EHR experience and excellent, compassionate communication skills
