A busy endoscopy center in the Bronx is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to help lead its Pre-Op/PACU team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor and supporting both patients and staff.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 5×8 hour shifts, start time between 6:30-7AM, with occasional Saturdays. Direct hire.
What you will do
- Serve as a working manager, actively present on the floor
- Support Pre-Op and PACU unit operations as needed
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for the unit
- Collaborate with medical directors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Help maintain high standards of patient care and safety
What you need
- Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor required
- ASC experience or Pre-Op and PACU experience required
- Spanish language skills a plus but not required
- Must be available for a video call interview followed by an on-site interview with medical directors
