A new patient enrollment project in Los Angeles is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to help patients get set up with concierge medical service plans. This is a great opportunity to use your communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Schedule
Day shift, 5×8-Hour (08:00-17:00), Contract
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain concierge medical service plans and answer patient questions
- Email payment links, informational pamphlets, and enrollment forms to interested patients
- Process enrollment paperwork and confirm patient enrollment
- Assist with patient check-in
- Chaperone patients during lunches/breaks as needed
What you need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales professional, PSR, or Enrollment Specialist
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar
- Two completed supervisor references required
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
