What you will do

  • Perform phlebotomy
  • Provide excellent customer service with strong follow through
  • Process prior authorizations and referrals
  • Verify insurance
  • Follow up on diagnostic exams

What you need

  • Front and back office MA experience
  • Phlebotomy skills required
  • Experience with prior authorizations and referrals
  • Experience with insurance verification
  • Experience with diagnostic exam follow up
