A busy internal medicine practice in Lake Grove, NY is looking for a compassionate LPN to join their care team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented nurse who enjoys both patient care and front-office coordination.
Schedule
06:30 AM – 03:00 PM, temporary assignment running 05/11/2026 to 12/31/2026.
What you will do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the practice
- Perform clerical duties as needed
- Act as receptionist for patients and visitors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Communicate effectively with other departments
What you need
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Current New York State registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Professional phone etiquette
